The Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) is an agency under the Ministry of Transport Malaysia responsible for planning and defining land-based public transport policies, programs and strategies to enhance the country's public transportation system which is the core of the National Key Result Area (NKRA). This includes determining policies and planning rail, bus and taxi services and transporting goods through rails and roads.
